Brevo Integration for Zoho CRM 

The  Brevo Integration for Zoho CRM is a powerful tool that connects your Brevo email marketing platform with Zoho CRM. This extension allows the bidirectional record sync of lists, campaigns, subscribers, and folders in Brevo with leads, contacts, accounts, and campaigns in Zoho CRM.  With this integration, you can easily manage customer relationships more efficiently, and ensure accurate and updated records on both sides.

Installation and Setup #

  1. Navigate to the Zoho Marketplace and search for Brevo Integration for Zoho CRM. 
  2. Click on Install and follow the on-screen instructions to access the extension
  3. Once installed, access the extension by navigating to the three dots and selecting the Brevo  integration
  4. Click on the Connect button corresponding to the Brevo options
  5. Log in to your Brevo account and authorize access for Zoho CRM to sync with Brevo.
  6. Once connected, the Brevo section will be disabled.
  7. Click on Authorize under the Zoho tab to allow Zoho CRM to access the integration.
  8. Accept the terms and conditions to complete the connection process.

Configure the Settings #

  • After installation and connection, click on the Settings tab to access the configuration page.
  • To sync your subscribers, select the default module as Leads, contacts, or accounts. For example, if you select leads as the default module, your Brevo subscribers will be synced as your Zoho CRM leads. 
  • Select your default folders to sync your Records on any specific folders
  • Select the Default Sendiblue lists in which you  want to sync records
  • Enable/Disable the Allow sync Brevo records with Zoho to sync your records from Brevo to Zoho CRM.
  • Enable the “Allow sync to Brevo when the record is created in Zoho CRM”. This will seamlessly sync your records to 

Sync Records (Lists, Subscribers, Folders and Campaigns) #

  1. Sync Lists from Brevo
    • Navigate to the Sync tab on the left-side menu and click Get Lists to pull your Brevo Lists into Zoho CRM.
    • Select the desired list and click on the Map Fields button to map your Brevo list fields to corresponding fields in Zoho CRM.
    • From here, you can also bulk subscribe or bulk unsubscribe your related contacts, accounts, or leads. For that, navigate to the Related contacts/accounts/leads. 
    • Click on Bulk subscribe. Then, you can select the desired contacts or select all. Now click on Relate record to sync all your Zoho contacts into the Brevo subscribers.
    • Also, you bulk unsubscribe by simply selecting the desired contacts and clicking on Bulk unsubscribe.

2. Sync Folders
To sync your Brevo folders with Zoho CRM, click on “Get Folders from Brevo” 

3. Sync Subscribers

  • Once you’ve selected and mapped the fields, click on Sync Subscribers to sync the subscribers in your selected Brevo list with Zoho CRM.

4. Sync Campaigns

  • To sync Brevo campaigns with Zoho CRM, click on Get Campaigns to import campaigns from Brevo.
  • After importing, map the fields for each campaign and click on Sync to transfer the campaign data from Brevo to Zoho CRM.

5. Sync Segments.

To sync the groups and segments between the Zoho CRM and Brevo, navigate to Segments. It displays all your synced segments. From here, you can also create and sync segments between Zoho CRM and Brevo.

6. Contact Sync

  • To sync individual contacts with Brevo, go to the detailed view of a contact in Zoho CRM and click on the Send to Brevo button.

Automated CRON Sync #

The integration automatically syncs data from Brevo to Zoho CRM every 10 minutes. This ensures that both systems remain up-to-date with the latest information.

Campaign reports

From the Campaign reports, you can easily view all your campaign activities, the members involved, and their impact on sales growth. For that, navigate to the Campaign reports from the left side menu.


Also, you can effectively analyze the members involved in the selected campaigns, open rate, click-through rate, etc

View Sync Logs #

  • You can easily track the sync activity by navigating to the Logs section within the extension to track the status of all synchronized records.
  • Effortlessly view the details for each sync operation, including any errors or issues that occurred during the sync process.
  • You can monitor the progress of synced records in real-time and resolve any issues promptly by reviewing the logs.

Brevo Dashboard #

  1. Instant Updates
    • Use the Dashboard to monitor the real-time updates of List sync and Campaign sync. The customizable dashboard allows you to view and analyze the status of your email campaigns and list growth from one central location.
  2. Track Campaign Performance
    • The dashboard provides an overview of key metrics, including open rates, click rates, and audience growth.
    • Get insights into your Brevo campaign performance and track the effectiveness of email marketing efforts. 

Reset Connection

  1. Re-connect with a New Account
    • If you need to switch to another Brevo account, navigate to Settings and click on Reset Connection to disconnect the current account and connect a new one.
