- Then you select the default module from the drop-down in which you want to sync your Mailchimp subscribers.
- If you select the contact as your default module then all of your Mailchimp subscribers will be synced as your Zoho Contacts.
- If you need to sync the campaigns with the email list then enable the checkbox Sync Campaign and the members who received it?’
- You can enable the Allow sync to Mailchimp when the record is created or Updated in Zoho in order to sync your Zoho records to Mailchimp whenever it was created or updated.
- Once you finished the configuration, click on save for an effective synchronization.

Before syncing lists, we need to do Mapping for the perfect syncing of Zoho fields with the appropriate Mailchimp fields.

You can easily modify the mapped field and also can able to add mapping for the custom fields by dragging the correct widget from the right side menu and dropping it in the desired fields.

To sync Mailchimp subscribers, just click on the “Sync subscribers” icon corresponding to the tab “Get a list from Mailchimp”

Each and every one of your Mailchimp subscribers will be synchronized as contacts in Zoho CRM if you use the contact module as your default module.
The Mailchimp audience is made up of both subscribers and unsubscribers. Here you can see all the elements of the Mailchimp lists. You can add groups, tags, groups, segments, and Webhooks by simply clicking on the add icon corresponding to the particular list elements.

Now all the changes that you can make in the lists have been successfully updated to the Mailchimp Lists.

Bulk subscribe and Bulk unsubscribe existing records
With Mailchimp Extension for Zoho CRM, you can easily bulk subscribe/bulk unsubscribe your existing contacts right inside your CRM.
For that navigate to lists and select the desired list. Here you have options like related contacts, related leads, and Related accounts of the Mailchimp Lists.
Select the module that you have selected as the default module in the configuration. Because all of your Mailchimp subscribers will be synced to the default module selected. If you select contact as your default module then select related contacts.
For bulk subscription of contacts, click on the Bulk subscribe icon. Now all the Zoho Contacts will be listed. You can select any number of contacts and then click on relate record. Now all of the selected Zoho contacts will be synced as your Mailchimp subscribers with a single click.
Also, you can bulk unsubscribe any of your Mailchimp subscribers right inside your Zoho CRM. For that select any number of the subscribers from the list that you want to unsubscribe and then click on the Bulk Unsubscribe icon. Now all the selected contacts will be unrelated from the list and the contact has changed to the Unsubscribed audience.
You can also set the number of entries per page based on your requirements. Also, you don’t need to scroll down for a long to search for any particular contact to subscribe/unsubscribe. Just search the contact by means of the search bar. This saves most of your time and effort.
CRON sync
CRON sync will sync records automatically from Mailchimp to Zoho CRM at the regular interval of Ten minutes.
Sync via Workflow
With the Mailchimp extension for Zoho CRM, you can also sync records based on any workflow conditions.
To Create a Workflow navigate to the Workflow from the left side menu of the extension. Here click on the Create New option from the top right corner.
